Hello! I am Hardil Shah, and I help international students and graduates aiming to build successful careers in the UK land VISA Sponsored Jobs.
Having navigated my own journey through the UK job market, I understand first hand the challenges of securing opportunities as an international applicant and I want to change this.
Arriving in the UK in 2021 amidst the pandemic, I faced intense competition and limited opportunities. Nevertheless, proactively reaching out for help, participating in networking events, career fairs, and workshops while applying to over 1,500 roles led to my first internship before I even finished my course. This was followed by 3 Full-Time roles (Visa Sponsored) in industries spanning from Retail, Consulting, Strategy and Operations to Procurement.
